As we approach the Super Bowl, many people plan parties, but a must have at any chilehead party is the buffalo wings. We have a few award winning wing sauces to review for you this week, starting with this one, Bonfatto’s Fire in the Hole, their hottest version. The second wing sauce will be Apple

Hi: Just tried your thai wing sauce that we bought at the PA wine festival. Skewers chicken satay style and then put the sauce on and grilled on a charcoal grill. It was awesome. Served with cucumber/pineapple/jalapeno salad that was the perfect complement.

Will definitely order more of this excellent sauce.

I came across this via Scott Roberts' website, and I had to try it.  He suggested it as..g.et this.. an ice cream topper, and WOW was he right.  This is hands down the best topper I've ever tasted  the apple and Jack come through nicely and the heat is tempered just a tad by the ice cream. Even mild mouths will love this!  GREAT stuff!

We purchased a bottle of Fire in Hole wing sauce at a street fair in Red Lion, PA. I am not a fan of hot wings, but boy let me tell you....it was LOVE at first taste!!! This sauce is AMAZING!!!!!! And a must have, every sunday for football.
